Yes, enquiries for personal hobby space and extra storage are welcome. You do not need to run a business. Tell us what you would like to do or store and how often you need access, so we can discuss a suitable space and terms.
Can I use a space for retail or light industrial work?+
The proposal invites retail and compatible light industrial enquiries. Suitability depends on the individual space and your activities, including noise, equipment, customer access and any necessary permissions.
What is included in the quoted rents?+
The figures show indicative rent only. Utilities, business rates, any service charges and VAT if applicable are additional and will be confirmed. Sizes marked assumed require measurement, and availability is to be confirmed.
